1. “Seller” refers to Nuwave Neon and its successors and assigns.

  2. “Buyer” refers to the Buyer or any individual acting on behalf of and with the authority of the Buyer.

  3. “Guarantor” signifies any person(s) or entity who agrees to be liable for the Buyer's debts if the Buyer is a Limited Liability entity, on a principal debtor basis.

  4. “Goods” encompasses the items supplied by the Seller to the Buyer (and where applicable, includes any supply of Services as described below).

  5. “Services” includes all services provided by the Seller to the Buyer, including any advice or recommendations (and where applicable, includes any supply of Services as previously defined).

  6. “Price” refers to the agreed cost of the Goods between the Seller and the Buyer


Custom Order Products are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

If your Goods arrive damaged, you must notify the delivery agent and the Seller within 24 hours in writing, including photographic or video evidence of the damage to the Goods and packaging. Failure to do so within the specified timeframe will void the Seller's obligations.

Due to the handmade nature of the Goods, variations and slight discolorations may occur. Some color variations may also result from computer screen and printer calibration. The Buyer acknowledges that these variations and discolorations are not faults of the Products and accepts the possibility of their occurrence.

The Buyer must inspect the Goods upon delivery and notify the Seller in writing within 48 hours of any defects, quantity shortages, damage, or failure to match the description or quote.

The Buyer must allow the Seller to inspect the Goods within a reasonable time after delivery. Failure to comply with these terms will result in the Goods being conclusively presumed to meet the terms and conditions, free from defect or damage.


Products from our own line can be returned within 14 days of receipt if unopened and undamaged. Please email hello@nuwaveneon.com.

Upon receiving and inspecting the return, a full refund will be issued. Please provide the reason for your return - your feedback helps us improve our service and products.
