The team at NuWave were very responsive to any enquiry (I wanted to know how long the power wires were, color, etc.) I had and the ordering process was very simple.
The unit arrived having been clearly very carefully packaged so as to prevent any damage. The actual installation was straightforward - 6 holes to be drilled and with all parts (wall plugs, screws and fixings) provided.
Now its up it looks brilliant - totally completes the room!

Love the size I ordered as well as having the ability to dim the lightening bolt. I redid my sister’s room with wall to wall black paint so the white light of the bolt stands out nicely. Was very easy to install.

This was the first time I have ever ordered a neon sign. I am an interior designer and we are design a classroom for a local college here in Miami. The classroom is supposed to be a lounge style (think WeWork) room. We added "The Future Is Yours To Create" neon sign as a focal point and it looks amazing!! Better than expected.
