Refund and Return Policy

Custom Orders: The Seller will not refund any payments or accept returns for custom order products.

Modification Requests: For custom products, the Buyer has 4 hours to request any modifications to the order.

Damaged Goods: If the goods arrive damaged, the Buyer must notify both the delivery agent and the Seller within 24 hours, providing written notice along with photographic or video evidence of the damage and packaging. Failure to comply will void the Seller’s obligations.

Product Variations: Due to the handmade nature of the goods, variations and slight discolorations may occur. Color differences can also result from computer screen and printer calibration. The Buyer acknowledges these variations are not product faults and accepts their potential occurrence.

Inspection and Notification: The Buyer must inspect the goods upon delivery and notify the Seller in writing of any defects, quantity shortages, damage, or discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery. The Buyer must allow the Seller a reasonable opportunity to inspect the goods. Failure to comply will result in the goods being presumed to be in accordance with the terms and conditions and free from defects or damage.
