Power Supply
We include a plug fit for every shipping country (USA/CAN, EU, AUS). Our power adapters are UL and CE listed, conforming to the highest standards. Our 12V AC/DC power supply is designed specifically to be used with your Nuwave Neon. All waterproof signs come with an IP67 rated power supply.
Dimmer
Every Nuwave Neon comes with a dimmer, but for an extra fee you can upgrade yours to our remote version!

Meticulously handcrafted from the finest, long-lasting, and eco-friendly silicon (we never use low-quality PVC) neon flex piping, this masterpiece epitomizes durability and sustainability. We utilize the LED lights which consume up to 6 times less energy than traditional lights, and they last up to 100,000 hours.
We are also committed to sustainability which is why we:
- use recycled materials in our products
- use 100% recycled packaging that is custom-made around your sign, removing any unnecessary waste.

LED neon signs are vastly different from traditional neon gas lights. They are safer, more energy-efficient and are actually brighter by 5-10%. You’ll also love that they cost 6X less to run than those old neon signs. Nuwave Neon signs don’t get warm to the touch; they use less energy and have no toxic gasses. And, because they use such a low amount of energy, they’re also low risk for any electrical hazards. They’re pretty much better than traditional neon signs in every way. No dangers or worries. Heck yes. This is our bread and butter. Use our neon customizer to create a text-based Nuwave Neon sign. If you need something more custom, such as an image or logo, simply head over to our custom neon form.
Great question! Here are the differences between the color types:
· Standard single-color: This is the color you have selected. It is not changeable.
· Multi-color: This allows you to change the color of your sign to not just one color, but several of our most popular colors (Lust Red, Hot Pink, Deep Blue, Ice Blue, Purple, Lucky Green, White & Orange) and several additional modes. Simply just use the remote included with your order to make the rainbows fly.

Perfect decorative touch for a concert. Just wish I could had sprung for a larger size, to fit the barn's scale.

The sign is working great. We bought the multicolor option. Had some minor issues.
1. Sign got delayed due to a payment glitch on there behalf.
2. Was told given the wrong tracking # at first. So sign never was shown to be shipped. (Was given right # eventually)
3. Sign had a minor defect where a small section of the "N" on yhe word "AND" show signs of either sign was burned during the assembled it. When connected the LED in the sign were dim and off colored to the rest. Sent pictures and they sent replacement immediately.
Now sign is working great and looks great. Will consider trying them out in agian soon. As we remodel a bar.

Our sign looks great! The only issue we had was that we paid for the remote dimmer and did not receive it. It is being sent to us but it could take up to 10 days to receive it. That was a little disappointing but still 5 stars on the sign!
