The 2-year warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. This includes issues like malfunctioning lights, faulty wiring, or transformer problems. If any part of your neon piece stops working due to these reasons, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. The warranty doesn’t cover damage caused by accidents, improper installation, or misuse.
