Terrible customer service. Terrible shipping. Not at all like picture. Would never order from this company ever again.

Our sign looks great! The only issue we had was that we paid for the remote dimmer and did not receive it. It is being sent to us but it could take up to 10 days to receive it. That was a little disappointing but still 5 stars on the sign!

I love the sign, but I’ve only had it for a very short time and one of the wires is loose or something because the sign keeps flickering. If I move the wire around the sign with either go off completely or if I find the right spot it’ll stop flickering. Very bummed, especially for how much I paid.

Update: the company emailed me steps to troubleshoot the problem.

Perfect for our home gym

We wanted to bring our home gym to life and this green heartbeat that also looks a little like a dumbbell or barbell without the heart was just what we needed. It’s well constructed, lightweight, and very easy to put on the wall. We cut command strips thin enough to sit undetectable behind the lighting and have been enjoying it during our Peloton rides and workouts. We absolutely love it.

Wonderful Light and Great Customer Service

My company ordered a pink neon sign to display in our Beauty Salon. The light arrived in a timely manner and we were notified of order/shipment information each step of the way. The light arrived and was much nicer than expected- great quality! Once I plugged in the light I realized there was a problem with the power cord. I notified Nuwave Neon of the issue and let them know I had an event coming up and wanted to see if they were able to send me a replacement cord the next day. I spoke with Louis Friedlander and he informed me that he overnight shipped the cord and assured me that I would have it before our event. The cord arrived the next morning and the sign looked perfect for our event! Great business to work with and even better customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We ordered a large $2000 design for our company. It was the first thing customers saw when entering and it looked great on arrival! Order arrived ahead of schedule and as described however the sign had a consistent flicker that was painfully obvious to the point that customers in our waiting room asked us to turn the sign off due to its painful flickering. We reached out to Nuwave several times to get help on fixing the issue but none of our emails or chat requests were answered. We resorted to hiring an electrical company to come in and diagnose the issue where it was discovered the power supply was completely made of the cheapest Chinese parts they had ever seen. We ended up paying $720 for a new power supply that resolved the issue however the fix ended up coming from us hiring a outside company.

Nuwave markets themselves as having 24-7 support and fantastic warranty yet in our experience we received not a single email or chat response to our concern. Terrible customer support.
